Hassle free returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will generate a returns number (GRN.) You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request the GRN, anything outside of 14 days is at our discretion on a case by case basis and may incur a re-stocking fee. If the item being returned is found to be faulty we will refund you the initial order carriage cost, and then offer you a full refund or replacement. We will also refund you the carriage cost to return it to us. If it is not faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement, but not the initial order carriage cost or the cost to return it.

A solid fastening bracket is mounted to the handlebar tube. The caress observer front seat can then be attached to the bracket

(“click”). When you press the release button, the seat is easily removed from the bicycle. The wind screen (accessory) can beattached and removed in the same way.
