With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will generate a returns number (GRN.) You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request the GRN, anything outside of 14 days is at our discretion on a case by case basis and may incur a re-stocking fee. If the item being returned is found to be faulty we will refund you the initial order carriage cost, and then offer you a full refund or replacement. We will also refund you the carriage cost to return it to us. If it is not faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement, but not the initial order carriage cost or the cost to return it.

The Big Block represents All-City's vision of the ideal track frame for the modern fixed-gear rider. This is the track bike that they’ve always dreamed of owning and they are proud to make that dream available to you.
It was designed first and foremost as a true competition-ready track frame but was destined to see usage beyond the velodrome, so they made some tweaks to the equation. Instead of the track bike norm 25c max tyre clearance, it fits a 32c cross tyre and has a single set of water bottle mounts for all day in the saddle. The front and rear of the bike are drilled out for a brake, so single speeding (or double brake fixed) is no problem. All-City's proprietary 612 Select double-butted cro-moly steel soaks up bumps and sprints like a champ. Each piece of tubing on every frame size has been carefully scrutinised and specifically chosen to create the best ride possible. This includes butting placement, tubing diameter and wall thickness. The package is finished off with a custom headtube badge, brazed-on seat collar, custom bottom bracket and signature Hennepin Bridge dropouts. They add an E.D. coating for rust prevention before applying a classic wet paint finish. Attention to detail is All-City's mantra and it shows in every aspect of this meticulously designed, beautifully constructed track racer.
