With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will generate a returns number (GRN.) You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request the GRN, anything outside of 14 days is at our discretion on a case by case basis and may incur a re-stocking fee. If the item being returned is found to be faulty we will refund you the initial order carriage cost, and then offer you a full refund or replacement. We will also refund you the carriage cost to return it to us. If it is not faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement, but not the initial order carriage cost or the cost to return it.

The Problem Solvers Cable Doubler 1:2 allows one brake lever to operate two brakes.
The Cable Doubler 1:2 was designed to be used anytime there is a need for one brake lever to operate two brakes. Potential applications include special bike setups for the physically challenged with the use of only one hand. Tandems could have one rear brake lever run to two rear brakes for better stopping power. A Cyclocross bike could be setup with a left front lever operating both brakes to maintain brake control while jumping on and off the bike. Quadcycles requiring brakes on all four wheels could be easily set up with each brake lever operating two brakes.
