Hassle free returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will generate a returns number (GRN.) You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request the GRN, anything outside of 14 days is at our discretion on a case by case basis and may incur a re-stocking fee. If the item being returned is found to be faulty we will refund you the initial order carriage cost, and then offer you a full refund or replacement. We will also refund you the carriage cost to return it to us. If it is not faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement, but not the initial order carriage cost or the cost to return it.

The Chaos is part of Halo's new generation of clean welded joint rims.

Sam Pilgrim chooses them and they helped propel him to becoming the 2013 FMB World Tour Series Champion.

They are also great Downhill Race or Enduro rims as well as being equally at home on Trail Centres for those riders looking for strength and performance.

This rim, like Sam, will always cause some Chaos.

A lightweight rim with a full blown heavyweight punch.
Light enough to win dirt comps at the highest international levels, but yet tough enough to handle full-on DH or Enduro courses.
